This Privacy Policy applies to the Company's official website, as well as the mobile applications "Guard BBCall" (commissioned by the Department of Social Affairs, Changhua County Government) and "Chiayi Guardian" (commissioned by the Bureau of Health, Chiayi City Government), which the Company has been engaged to develop and operate (collectively, "the Service"). Because each service differs in nature and function, the categories of personal data actually collected may vary; the items listed in this Policy represent the maximum possible scope of data that may be collected across the Service, and each individual service only collects the data necessary for its specific functions. The Company values the protection of your personal data and privacy rights, and hereby informs you of the following matters pursuant to Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act (the "PDPA") of the Republic of China (Taiwan); please read them carefully. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the entirety of this Privacy Policy, and agree to exercise your right of consent under law by electronic means, which shall carry the same legal effect as written consent. V. Collection & Use of Location Data

The Company's official website does not collect your location data. Location data is only collected — after obtaining authorization from your device — when you use a mobile application developed by the Company that has location-related functionality, in order to provide location-based services. Location data is used solely for the aforementioned purposes and will not be used for purposes unrelated to the Service. You may disable the application's location permission at any time through your device's system settings, though doing so may prevent related functions from working properly.

VI. Use of Cookies

The Company's official website and certain services use cookies to maintain login status, record usage preferences, and conduct anonymous statistical analysis. You may refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect certain functions.

VII. Data Security

The Company implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including HTTPS/TLS encrypted transmission, access controls based on the principle of least privilege, regular security audits, and data backup mechanisms. Pursuant to Article 3 of the PDPA, you have the right to inquire about or request access to, request a copy of, request supplementation or correction of, request cessation of collection, processing, or use of, and request deletion of your personal data held by the Company. To exercise any of these rights, please email service@estab-zenith.com; the Company will respond and process your request within 15 business days.

X. Protection of Minors

This Service is not primarily intended for minors under the age of 18. Minors who wish to use this Service must have their legal guardian read, understand, and agree to the entirety of this Policy before use. If you become aware of a minor improperly providing personal data, please notify the Company immediately so it can be addressed.

XI. Amendments to This Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise this Policy at any time. Revised content will be posted on the Service page, and you will be notified of material changes through appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes your agreement to the revised Policy.
