Frequently Asked Questions
When do I get my free 10 credits after signing up?
As soon as you complete registration, 10 trial credits are issued to your member account immediately — you can view them in the Member Center.
Can existing clients switch over to the credit plan?
If you're already a client with a custom project quote from us, we'll help you set up a member account, ensure your existing/in-progress projects carry over fully to the new system, and recommend the most cost-effective credit plan based on your past working hours with us.
Do you issue invoices?
An electronic invoice is issued once payment is confirmed. For business clients (B2B), please provide your company tax ID at the time of payment notice — we'll issue a triplicate electronic invoice for expense reporting. For individual clients (B2C), the invoice will be emailed to your registered address. All top-up amounts are subject to an additional 5% business tax. Contact your project PM with any invoice questions.
How do the first-time bonus and standard bonus get calculated?
Once your first top-up exceeds 50 credits, you get both the first-time bonus (a fixed 3 credits, one-time only) and the standard tier bonus (a fixed amount based on the tier).
For example: your first top-up is 7 credits — under 50, so no bonus. Your second top-up is 1,000 credits, earning the first-time bonus of 3 credits plus the standard tier bonus of 250 credits, for a combined bonus of 253 credits — a total of 1,253 credits added.
After that, top-ups follow the standard tier bonus only — another 1,000-credit top-up would earn a 250-credit bonus.
Do credits expire?
Formally purchased credits never expire and have no usage deadline, but are non-refundable for cash.
Can I see my credit deduction history?
You can view credit consumption in the project details page in the Member Center, or reach out to your PM anytime for a progress update.
What if I disagree with the hours logged?
Every credit deduction requires your confirmation. During the quoting stage, your PM will go back and forth with you to confirm the estimated hours match both sides' understanding before any credits are deducted and formal development begins. If requirements change mid-development, we'll confirm any change in hours with you again — so both sides agree before any credits are deducted, with no deductions ever made without your consent.
What if a task takes longer than estimated?
If hours run over during execution, your PM will notify you in advance for confirmation — credits are never deducted without notice.
